Я пытаюсь сочинять сказку. Даже две. Я пытаюсь продумывать сюжет фотоистории. Но апатия сильнее. Продолжать работу над портретом Отстойнейшего Репортёра Всех Времён И Народов тоже не хочется.
Так нельзя.
Знаете, чего мне хочется? Праздника. Но для этого должно быть праздничное настроение. А его нет.
Может быть, оно появится завтра, вместе с ёлкой, мишурой и прочими украшениями.

Тем более, снегопад на фотографиях красивее, чем эта слякоть.
Фотографии... н-да... Я хотело выложить на своём не-фликровом аккаунте недавние снимки рассвета. И надо же - второй день, как ни приду, там сплошные рассветы с закатами. А я же такое всё из себя оригинальное... Вот жду, когда волна спадёт немного.
Радостное возбуждение несексуального характера, вызванное чужими фанфиками, уже спало. Увы. Это не такая вещь, которая может продлиться больше суток.
Скорей бы Новый Год.

He doesn't look smug enough... and he doesn't look Buck enough. Less bland now, but something doesn't click. Maybe I should give him a phone first. (Hmm... books were written long ago, the time is more or less Our Days -should it be modern cellphone, some monstrosity from the past or something pseudofuturistic?)

There are two people whom he shouldn't resemble in the end: Kirk Cameron - because he's supposed to be from book!canon, not movie!canon; and Roger Taylor - whom I really don't want to associate with Buck. But that's exactly the person I envisioned when read "longish blond hair".
Right now he looks rather generic. Funny - that was the reason I chose to draw him over Nicky. When I have an image in my head, it's always harder to draw, because it never looks the way I imagined it. But the current version is too bland.
So I need to give him a face. Preferably not Roger Taylor's face.

I think in the end two missing lines in "Ms.666"'s first verse will be "Call me Ms.666 - I exist to make your nightmares come true." As simple (aka primitive) as that. I kept looking for something else because I planned to mention "nightmares come true" in the second verse, now I probably won't.
Second verse insists on being crack (with allusions to tvtropes, "Pinky and The Brain" and Hell-knows-what-else) - it's almost irritating. Maybe I will keep "Every night we conspire to take over the world" in the final text - not sure.

Update on fanart-for-hatedom thing: the decision is made. My next "victim" is Buck.

Хочу выкрасить волосы в какой-нибудь дикий цвет (раз уж избавиться от них погода не позволяет). Ничего подходящего в магазинах не видно. Парики тут не помогут - они все "естественных" цветов, да и красотой не отличаются.
Каждую ночь я смотрю в окно, вижу на траве изморозь и думаю: "Может быть, завтра выпадет снег". А он так и не выпадает.

So, there's some RPS about Lambert and that guy he kissed onstage, and A/N says that all italicised quotes are from "Velvet Goldmine"... but one of those quotes - well, it *is* from VG, but *originally* it's from "The Picture Of Dorian Gray". And there's no acknowledgement of it in author's notes at all. I stopped at the quote and can't bring myself to read further.
Maybe I should comment.
